How to Apply for Sponsorship
To apply for sponsorship to attend a CPD Worldwide activity, you must first become a member of the SWME, by completing the online Membership Application. Membership is free and open to doctors, medical professionals and medical industry professionals.
Once approved for membership, you will be guided to the secured membership page where you will be able to complete the online application for sponsorship.
Requirements and Application Process
- Complete the SWME Membership Application. Once submitted, a member of our staff will contact you within 3-5 business days to provide you your secured login name and password to access the membership page containing the sponsorship application.
- Complete the sponsorship application, provide a resume, three references and have a valid and current medical license, as defined by the country where you practice medicine.
- On your sponsorship application, demonstrate how your work has a humanitarian impact on your local community. You will have the opportunity to complete two essay questions.
- To strengthen your application, provide photos, letters of recommendation from patients, stories, and any other documents exemplifying how you are working to improve the health of your community.
Review Process
Please consider that sponsorship applications may take up to 60 days to process. Each application is reviewed by the SWME’s Advisory Board and all applicants must undergo a complete background screening. Successful applicants will be notified via email if they selected for sponsorship.
